About the Role<br>
<br>
As a Business Development Manager, youâll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by forging strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering solutions that align with our staffing services. This is a highly visible, client-facing role with autonomy, support, and the opportunity to make a real impact.<br>
<br>
What You'll Do<br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Identify and engage new business opportunities using a consultative, solutions-based approach
&#9;<li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and performance goals
&#9;<li>Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
&#9;<li>Build strong relationships with decision-makers to drive outside sales and client acquisition
&#9;<li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client goals
&#9;<li>Negotiate and close deals â from pricing to contract terms â in line with company policies
&#9;<li>Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and finance teams to ensure exceptional client delivery
&#9;<li>Present candidate profiles to hiring managers and assist in the hiring process
&#9;<li>Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
&#9;<li>Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for leadership
&#9;<li>Travel regularly within your assigned market to build and sustain client relationships

What We're Looking For<br>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
&#9;<li>High school diploma or equivalent
&#9;<li>3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative or professional services environment
&#9;<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
&#9;<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills
&#9;<li>Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
&#9;<li>Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
&#9;<li>Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
&#9;<li>Strong team collaboration and independent execution skills
</ul>

&#9;<li>Experience in the staffing industry
