Strategic Sales & Delivery Model You will oversee the entire top-of-funnel business development strategy, operating in close collaboration with our internal recruitment operations. While you lead client acquisition and contract negotiations, our dedicated talent fulfillment team handles candidate sourcing and placement. This structure enables you to remain focused on driving continuous revenue growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Drive client acquisition through outbound prospecting, executive networking, and strategic territory management. Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Stivers in Kansas City.

Consultative Solution Selling: Meet with regional business leaders to evaluate workforce challenges and deliver customized staffing and workforce solutions.

Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial contact through contract execution, maintaining accurate forecasting and strong conversion metrics.

Proven Performance: Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals.

Executive Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to negotiate contracts and close sales.

Self-Directed Ownership: Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable managing a territory independently to achieve revenue targets.

Core Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for client site visits. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $95,000 (Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure)
